The Reynolds Farm Condominium Association consists of 57 residences in 15 buildings, and is situated next to Twin Peaks Course Golf in Longmont.

This quiet community neighborhood, with a tree-lined street that provides ample shade in the summer and magnificent color in the fall, has a beautiful common park in the center.

The private street is not a through road and there is minimal traffic. The neighborhood is close to local shopping, schools, hospital, and places of worship.

All residential units have garages. In addition, Reynolds Farm has an on-site storage facility for its residents, allowing members to store their belongings in either a storage locker or a parking space (for a vehicle). Space is available on a first come, first serve basis.
